The above grants are conjectural for having the Fish Dam Road within their boundaries. See Markhamís landgrant map for Wake county and the D. G. McDuffie survey of Paul Carrington Cameronís land, 1890 Ė 91. The latter survey is found to be in error through the Bennehan / Cameron land transaction research conducted by Jean Bradley Anderson. There are two McDuffie memoranda books with details for the map in the Cameron papers, as well as this item in an undated diary, probably Duncan Cameronís,
