The Eno River Association has helped protect over 8,300 acres of open, natural space in the Eno River Basin since 1966. Nearly three-quarters of this land is open to the public for low-impact recreation and nature study thanks to partnerships with local and state agencies. This is unique among land trusts like ours.
The Association and its partners responsibly manage all lands to protect the unique conservation values of each and provide public access when appropriate. Over 55 miles of trails, river access, and recreation facilities provide our community with opportunities to seek solace, activity, and community in the great outdoors.
